We had a blast with
Spike at the Beach! They truly made our wedding!
Greg, What I wanted most from my wedding (other than my husband of course) is for all our guests to have a blast. I wanted to see everyone out on the dance floor... and well Spike and the band made my wish come true!!! From the good oldies during dinner, to the 70's and 80's, and even playing some crazy song requests at DJ intermissions by my groom and his groomsmen, Spike at the Beach was perfect! Not only did all my friends get out on the dance floor, but my husbands' parents, my 82 year old grandmother, and even my conservative uncle who I never thought I'd see dance... and he had some moves!!! |

You made our wedding so much fun ! I wanted to send you and the band an email to let you know that you made our wedding so much fun. All the guests were commenting that they had never seen so many guests dancing at a wedding. We danced the entire night and couldn't have picked a better band. We talked later saying how you exceeded all our expectations and were great to work with the entire way. We loved all the songs you played and you kept the evening running so smoothly by helping get people ready for the cake cutting and garter toss. I must say that Spike at the Beach was the best wedding band I've ever heard... We saw them play at the Jekyll Island Club at a wedding, and thought "Wow, are those guests having a great time!" Well, I must say that's exactly what we got at our wedding. Our guests were having so much fun and dancing all night long. There were times when no one was in their chair, but were all on the dance floor! You can see the evidence in our wedding photos by all the dancing. We had many relatives and friends that never dance at weddings, and they all got up and danced! We had so many guests come up to us and just say how great the band was and how they were having so much fun! |
It appealed to
all ages and kept the energy high all night. The instrumental quality was
fantastic, and vocals were impressive. They are truly a top-notch band.
They were very good at playing the right music at the right times, and at
taking requests and play list suggestions. They followed every single
request we made in the planning process, and never missed a cue or a beat.
They were an amazing vendor that I was
able to rely on to make my wedding day fun and memorable! I would never
hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know or hire them again if I have
entertainment needs. I'd really ... recommend them to a bride & groom
for a wedding or other event that wants to have fun and enjoy themselves
by dancing the night away! |

your band did for us. All of our friends (and the out-of-town friends too) just could not say enough about how good you were. You impressed old and young alike. My mother is 90 and she loved you and obviously our little 6 year old granddaughter was thrilled since she stayed on the dance floor all night.
